All our prices include UK delivery by Second Class,Parcel Post or Courier.



Dispatch - we aim to dispatch items within 3-5 workings days. You will be informed if it is likely to be longer than this or for larger orders.


If you need something in a hurry please contact us and we can advise how quickly we can get it to you! 


An email will be sent confirming dispatch of your order.




Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.


Missing Items


Please inform us as soon as possible if you have not received your order and we will do everything possible to resolve the situation. Before contacting us please check with Royal Mail that your item is not awaiting collection or redelivery by your local sorting office (a card may not have been left by the Postman). For items sent with the free delivery option (Second Class) Royal Mail do not consider items lost until 15 days after the date of posting. We therefore reserve the right to wait 15 working days from the date of despatch before replacing or refunding missing items
