Personalised Dog Blankets and Saddlecloths - we aim to dispatch stock items within
24hrs of receipt of order.
Horse Rugs and Clothing are not held in stock - please allow 7-10 working days.
If you need something in a hurry please contact us and we can advise how quickly
we can get it to you! We can offer next day delivery on some items for an additional
charge please contact us.
An email will be sent confirming dispatch of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item to us
in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange
on the item (excluding postage and packing costs). You will be responsible for paying
the return postage cost, obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you cover
yourself sufficiently should the item go astray in transit.
This is all in addition to your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please
ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates
etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you have not received your order and we will
do everything possible to resolve the situation. Before contacting us please check
with Royal Mail that your item is not awaiting collection or redelivery by your local
sorting office (a card may not have been left by the Postman). For items sent with
the free delivery option (First Class) Royal Mail do not consider items lost until
15 days after the date of posting. We therefore reserve the right to wait 15 working
days from the date of despatch before replacing or refunding missing items
